Our Shepherds Hut…

Interior of a small cozy room with a bed under a window, decorated with a floral bedspread, surrounded by multiple pillows. A small dining table with two chairs is on the left, with decorative items on it, and a multicolored rug on the wooden floor. The room has white paneled walls and ceiling, with a small TV mounted on the wall, and artwork decorating the walls.
Kitchen area with a sink, small appliances, a microwave on a wooden shelf, and a black and white sheep picture on the wall.
A small bathroom with a sink on a wooden countertop, a mirror on the wall above the sink, and a framed black and white picture of bears on the wall. There is a glass shower enclosure on the left and a window on the right.
Escape to the countryside for a proper farm stay in our characterful (and surprisingly spacious) shepherd’s hut, perfectly set up for two. It sleeps 2 and has a comfortable double bed, with a front-row view of farm life — horses and sheep often grazing nearby, and (if you time it right) the GWR steam train crossing the viaduct.

Inside, you’ve got everything you need for an easy, relaxed break: your own shower room with toilet and sink, plus a handy kitchenette for simple meals and hot drinks. Step outside for big skies and fresh air, with lovely views towards the Stanway fountain.

There’s no WiFi here (by design), so it’s a brilliant place to properly switch off. Walking links straight into the Cotswold Way, making it ideal for slow mornings, long walks and cosy evenings back at the hut. Private parking is available on site, and dogs are welcome too.

Travelling with your horse? You may be able to bring them along — just send an enquiry to check availability.
